AI responses may not always be accurate. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

In no event shall PolarLLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Oblivion, even if PolarLLC or a PolarLLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PolarLLC is incorporated, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
